At Gripwhiz, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’ve made the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. To better understand how it works, please review the following information.
We accept returns on items that are unused, in their original condition, and still in their original packaging. However, please be aware that some items—such as those that are personalized or intimate—may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period has passed.
Before returning an item, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This step is necessary for us to process your return efficiently. Packages sent without an RA number may not be accepted.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that the refunded amount may be adjusted to account for restocking fees, return shipping costs, or applicable taxes.
If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider. Should the issue persist, our customer service team will be happy to help resolve the matter.
Sale or discounted items may still be eligible for return, but any refund issued will be based on the price you paid at the time of purchase.
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please get in touch with our customer service team to begin the exchange process. Keep in mind that availability may vary, and you may be responsible for any price difference or additional shipping fees.
To return an item, reach out to our support team for an RA number and specific instructions. Carefully package the product—preferably in its original packaging along with any tags, accessories, or documentation—and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the parcel. Ship it to the address provided by our customer support, ideally using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which helps cover the costs of inspection and processing. The fee amount depends on the type and condition of the returned product and will be communicated to you by our customer service team.
Unless the return is due to an error on our end, such as receiving the wrong or damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. These costs may be deducted from your refund.
